Why am I not being notified when a driver is in my neighborhood?

You need to make sure your notifications are turned on. You can either do this in the app (Settings>Notifcations>Toggle On) or you can go into your phone settings, select the DroppinBuy app, and turn notifications on from there.

Can I change how often I am notified?

Yes! Just go into your app and go to Settings>Notifications>Preferences and you can change the days and times you are notified.

Can I cancel an order if it is already placed?

Because the app updates order quantity in real time, once an order is placed and paid for, there is no way to cancel it at this time. We will be adding this function in the future.

Will DroppinBuy do other foods besides pizza and cookies?

Yes! We are working on expanding DroppinBuy to all types of restaurants and will notify you as new types of food become available!

How long should I expect to wait from the time I place my order?

The app will tell you what the expected waiting time is, but we have created the app to work in a way that you should never have to wait more than 5 minutes.

What do I do if there is an issue with my order?

If there is something wrong with your order please email us at info@droppinbuy.com with your name, order number, and what the issue is.

Can I order even if I am not at home?

At the moment the app goes off of your home address but you have the option to store multiple addresses and receive orders.

I keep missing out on orders because I am too slow - what can I do?

The easiest ways to make sure you get an order is to enable notifications, have your payment method setup, and decide quickly once you are notified!
